Member Acceptable Use

The Member Portal is a private working space for fraction-ao clients and consultants. It is not a public forum. By logging in, you agree to the following note. We kept it short on purpose.

Be useful

Post things that help other working operators. Working prompts, honest vendor reviews, project debriefs, questions you actually need answered. Avoid promotional content about your own product, vendor pitches, or recruiting solicitations.

Be confidential

Do not post client names, financial figures, or personally identifying information that could embarrass a client or violate a confidentiality obligation. Compose for a peer who works at a similar company; keep names out of it.

Be respectful

Disagree with the work, not the person. Critique prompts and approaches directly. Personal attacks, harassment, and discriminatory language end your access immediately.

Be accurate

If you post a prompt, post the working version. If you post a review, write what you actually experienced. Made-up content erodes the signal-to-noise ratio that makes the portal worth being in.

Moderation

Pia, Jason, and any designated admins may remove posts that violate this note. We do not pre-moderate. We do read every flagged post. If your post is removed, we will tell you why.

Termination

We can terminate your portal access at any time for material violations of this note. Termination of portal access does not terminate any active engagement letter; those are governed separately.
